SANDCASTING
The Sandcasting technique is wonderfully unpredictable, producing a completely unique piece each time.
This can include variations in texture and form, irregular placement of the stones set within, and occasionally a blank space where a stone might have been.
MADE TO ORDER
Due to the process, each ring, including the stone placement, will differ slightly from the one pictured.
These pieces are made to order especially for you, and therefore are non returnable or exchangeable (statutory rights for faults remain).
RESIZING
Due to the process of the stones being set during casting, this ring cannot be re-sized.
TIMING
The lead-time is up to 3-4 weeks for Pewter items, 4-6 weeks for Silver and Gold items, and 8-10 weeks for bespoke pieces.

PEWTER
Pewter is an affordable, lighter-weight metal alloy, that doesn’t rust and won’t tarnish like silver.
Pewter has a wonderful grey metallic colour giving it a rustic and vintage look. It can be cleaned with a soft cloth.
It is a softer metal, it is advisable to remove your jewellery when undertaking strenuous activities, using chemicals, and when in water.
Store your pewter jewellery in a pouch or box only with other pieces of pewter separate from your other jewellery, and when being worn stack with other items of the same metal.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, an exchange could be possible.
Due to the process of the stones being set during casting, this ring cannot be re-sized, a new made to order ring would be created for you.
Due to the process, each ring, including the stone placement, will differ slightly, the new ring will have a different look.
The customer would be responsible for the organising and payment of tracked return shipping to the maker.

SIZING
Due to the process of the stones being set during casting, sandcasted rings cannot be re-sized.
I would recommend visiting a local jeweller to be measured professionally.
If you would like to measure your ring size at home, I can send an adjustable ring sizer to you in the post, but these are reliant on the customer getting an accurate reading.
RETURNS (READY TO SHIP ITEMS ONLY)
Returns are possible, accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The condition needs to be unworn, and in original packaging (piece can be tried on but not worn).
Made to order, bespoke, and personalised pieces are not eligible for change of mind returns (your statutory rights for faults remain).
The customer would be responsible for the organising and payment of tracked return shipping to the maker.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received and checked, and please note bank processing may take a few days to return the funds to you.
