Store your silver jewellery in a pouch or box with other pieces of silver jewellery, so that they do not touch or knock each other, and when being worn stack with other items of the same metal.

Due to the process, each ring, including the stone placement, will differ slightly, the new ring will have a different look.

 

The customer would be responsible for the organising and payment of tracked return shipping to the maker.

I would recommend visiting a local jeweller to be measured professionally. 

 

If you would like to measure your ring size at home, I can send an adjustable ring sizer to you in the post, but these are reliant on the customer getting an accurate reading.

Returns are possible, accepted within 14 days of delivery.

 

The condition needs to be unworn, and in original packaging (piece can be tried on but not worn).

 

Made to order, bespoke, and personalised pieces are not eligible for change of mind returns (your statutory rights for faults remain).
